Food & Drinks. Beach & Sunsets. A Hostel & Workspace in paradise.

Lexias el nido palawan

You get sweeping views of the Bay everyday and every sunset. We are just 5 minute walk down to the beach, beach bars and restaurants along the bay, 20 minutes from El Nido Airport.

At Lexias Hostel and Workspace El Nido, stay productive with your serious projects and confidential work at our indoor coworking space with 8 hot desks, or chill while working remote at our outdoor workspaces overlooking the Bay…gaze upon the blue seas and sky blue while you ponder on the work at hand.

While at it, connect with new people from all over the world, socialize, get (or give) tips, meet same minded Digital Nomads. At one of our Saturday pool parties. You might even learn a new salsa move at one of our free classes!

Lexias Hostel & Workspace El Nido, is located on top of beautiful Maremegmeg Beach

Features include infinity swimming pool, a bar and restaurant that serves authentic local and international dishes.
Start your day with a short mindful meditation at our Yoga Hut beside the pool and overlooking the sea, or jog in the forest, or walk down to the beach for a morning swim, a hearty breakfast before opening your laptop.

And on playful weekends, join a tour to Nacpan or Duli Beach, or jump on the Philippine version of outrigger called «banca» to the lagoons and the whitest sand beaches on the planet (Conde Nest Traveler and Travel + Leisure magazines swore to this fact). Want to stay local? Wander downtown and check-out wacky bars and restaurants, brows over dozens of local beach clothing boutiques and accessory stalls,

Or join in one of our Saturday pool parties with BBQ, ice-cold beer and cool fun with our own local vibe! You might even learn a thing or two about your business, the industry, anything under the blue cloudless sky from like-minded Nomads staying with us.

At Lexias Hostel and Workspace El Nido, you work hard, stay productive and have some fun in between work.

About El Nido

El Nido is the primary base for exploring Palawan’s star attraction, the stunning Bacuit Archipelago. Tiny swiftlets build edible nests out of saliva in the immense limestone cliffs that surround the town proper — hence the name, El Nido (nest in Spanish). The town proper has an ordinary beach, but is home to an emerging restaurant and bar scene. Brooding Cadlao Island looms just offshore.

Many visitors prefer to stay in communities outside the town proper. Nearby options include Corong Corong, a long, narrow beach to the south that faces Bacuit Bay; or Caalan, a rocky strip of quiet resorts immediately to the north. Further afield, more and more resorts are sprouting along El Nido’s beautiful north coastline, in places like Nacpan Beach and the east coast villages of San Fernando and Sibaltan.

NACPAN BEACH
For an easy day trip out of El Nido, head north by tricycle or motorbike to this incredible, golden-hued, 3km-long beach. Development has arrived in Nacpan and new guesthouses, boutique hotels and upscale tented camps are popping up everywhere. Still, the atmosphere remains mellow – for now. To get here, drive 16km north of El Nido on the National Hwy (paved), then another 4km down a once-rough access road that is now mostly sealed. There's a shuttle van from El Nido (round-trip P600, eight trips daily).

The last trip back to El Nido is at 6.30pm. Nacpan gets crowded during the high season; walk north to find solitude.

On the way to Nacpan look for the turn-off to Nagkalit-kalit Waterfalls just north of the Km 285 marker on the highway. It's a 40-minute hike to the refreshing falls; hire a guide at the trailhead to avoid getting lost.
Back
MAREMEGMEG BEACH
Often called Las Cabanas Beach after a local resort, this is the closest nice beach to El Nido and has a rockin' sunset bar scene centred around Beach Shack and Maremegmeg Beach Bar.
Back
DULI BEACH
This incredibly beautiful, jungle-backed, stretch of golden sand toward the northern tip of mainland Palawan is the center of El Nido's surfing community. The season is November to March and board rental is available (P500 per hour) at a couple of places. To get here turn off the off the National Hwy around the Km 294 marker and continue 3.5km on a rough but improving road that ends in a slippery single track to the beach proper.

There's now a daily shuttle van from El Nido town proper (round-trip P800, three daily).
Back
BAQUIT ARCHIPELAGO
The crystalline waters of Bacuit Bay are a fantasy-scape of jagged limestone islands, mesmerizing from any vantage point, whether under the water, in the air or lying on a beach. Easily the rival of southern Thailand or Halong Bay in Vietnam, the islands hide so many white-sand beaches, lagoons and coves, not to mention hundreds of species of fish and coral, that you’ll be overwhelmed.
